Dự án khu phức hợp Giảng Võ tọa lạc tại số 15 – 17 Ngọc Khánh, phường Giảng Võ (quận Ba Đình, Tp.Hà Nội) đã được khởi công sau 15 năm đình trệ.
Năm 2009, UBND Thành phố Hà Nội đã giao 12.066m2 đất ven hồ Giảng Võ thuộc phường Giảng Võ, quận Ba Đình, Thành phố Hà Nội cho Công ty TNHH Pacific Thăng Long (liên doanh giữa Thăng Long GTC và Janakpur Limited) thuê để thực hiện dự án khu phức hợp Giảng Võ.
Theo đó, khu phức hợp Giảng Võ được tích hợp đa chức năng gồm khách sạn cao cấp, văn phòng hạng A, dịch vụ thương mại. Tuy nhiên, sau nhiều năm không triển khai, dự án bị đình trệ và chỉ được gia hạn tiến độ thực hiện đến quý IV năm 2022.
Đến tháng 6/2025, dự án chính thức được khởi công sau khi được gia hạn giấy phép và điều chỉnh quy hoạch.
